Track Your Order
How order tracking works
When your order is dispatched from our warehouse, we'll send a shipping confirmation email to the address you used at checkout. This email contains your tracking number and a direct link to follow your package's journey.
Tracking information is uploaded to the carrier's system shortly after dispatch. Please allow up to 24 hours after receiving your shipping confirmation email for live tracking to become active.
If you haven't received a shipping confirmation within 2 business days of placing your order, please check your spam folder first, then contact our support team.
