Orders placed before 2:00pm EST on business days are processed the same day. Orders placed after 2:00pm EST or on weekends are processed on the next business day. A shipping confirmation email with tracking details will be sent as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

Delivery timelines are estimates and begin from the date of dispatch, not the date of order. Delays caused by carrier disruptions, weather events, or holiday volume are outside our control. Express shipping is available on orders shipping to the contiguous United States only.

For Canadian orders, standard delivery typically takes 5–8 business days after dispatch. Please note that customs and duties may apply for Canadian shipments; these fees are the responsibility of the recipient.

International Shipping

International shipping beyond the United States and Canada is not currently available. We are actively working to expand our shipping reach and expect to offer international delivery in the near future. Sign up for our newsletter to be among the first to know when we launch in your country.

Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with every purchase. If you're not happy with your order for any reason, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund to your original payment method.

Eligible for Return

  • Unopened products in original, undamaged packaging
  • Items received damaged, defective, or incorrect
  • Products that do not match their description on our site

Not Eligible for Return

  • Opened supplement products (capsules, powders, liquids) — for hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of consumables once the seal has been broken
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
  • Products not purchased directly through w3lln3ss.com

If a product arrived damaged or you received the wrong item, we will gladly arrange a replacement or refund without requiring a return. Simply contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.

How to Initiate a Return

    Email us

    Send an email to hello@w3lln3ss.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return. Let us know why you're returning the item — this helps us improve.

    Receive your return label

    We'll respond within one business day with a prepaid return shipping label and instructions. Return shipping is on us.

  3. 3

    Ship your return

    Pack the item securely in its original packaging if possible, attach the label, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location. Please retain your drop-off receipt.

  4. 4

    Receive your refund

    Once we receive and inspect your return (typically 2–3 business days after delivery to our warehouse), your refund will be processed within 3 business days to your original payment method.

Total estimated time from return shipment: 5–7 business days. You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been issued.

Exchanges

We process exchanges as a return plus a new order. Contact us within 30 days of delivery to arrange an exchange. We'll issue store credit for the returned item's value and you can apply it immediately to a new purchase. Store credit does not expire.
