Our Curation Process
The W3LLN3SS Standard
We publish our full evaluation criteria so brands know exactly what we look for, and customers know exactly what they're getting.
How We Vet
The 5-Stage Review Process
Initial Screening
Brand submits application with product documentation. We check: is the brand legally compliant, do products make only permissible claims, are ingredient lists complete and disclosed?
Formulation Review
Our nutrition and medical advisors evaluate every formula against clinical literature. We check: are active ingredients at effective doses, are there unnecessary fillers or allergens, is bioavailability considered in delivery format?
Documentation Audit
We require submission of: current Certificate of Analysis (COA) from an accredited third-party lab, GMP certification (NSF, Informed Sport, or equivalent), full ingredient sourcing documentation for primary actives.
Manufacturing Standards Check
We evaluate: FDA-registered facility status, cGMP compliance, country of manufacture, any prior FDA warning letters or recalls.
Ongoing Monitoring
Approved brands submit updated COAs annually. We re-audit formulations if ingredients change. Any customer complaint triggers a formal review.

Verification
Third-Party Testing
A Certificate of Analysis (COA) is a document issued by an accredited laboratory confirming a product has been independently tested for identity, potency, purity, and the absence of contaminants like heavy metals, microbes, and pesticides.
COAs matter because they confirm that what's on the label is actually in the bottle — and that nothing harmful was introduced during manufacturing. Without third-party testing, a brand's claims are unverifiable.
We maintain copies of current COAs on file for every product we carry. Documents are updated annually at minimum, and immediately upon any formula change.
