Orders & Shipping

When will my order ship?

Orders placed before 2pm EST Monday through Friday are processed the same business day. Orders placed after 2pm EST or on weekends are processed the next business day. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order leaves our warehouse.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. We offer free standard shipping on all US and Canadian orders over $75. Orders under $75 ship for a flat rate of $6.95. Express shipping (1–2 business days) is available for $19.95 regardless of order value.

How long does standard shipping take?

Standard shipping within the contiguous US typically takes 3–5 business days from dispatch. Canada typically takes 5–8 business days. Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories may take an additional 2–4 business days.

Do you ship internationally?

International shipping beyond the US and Canada is not yet available but is coming soon. Sign up for our newsletter to be notified when we expand to your country.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

We process orders quickly. If you need to make a change or cancellation, please contact us immediately at hello@w3lln3ss.com or through our contact page. We'll do our best to accommodate changes before the order is packed and dispatched, but we cannot guarantee modifications once fulfillment has begun.

Products & Quality

How are products vetted before being listed?

Every product on W3LLN3SS passes a multi-step review process conducted by our in-house team of clinicians, registered dietitians, and quality assurance specialists. We review third-party certificates of analysis, ingredient lists, label claims, manufacturing practices, and the scientific evidence supporting each formulation. Products with proprietary blends hiding ingredient doses, artificial colors, or ingredients on our 200+ banned ingredient list are not accepted.

Are all products third-party tested?

We require all supplement brands to provide recent third-party certificates of analysis (COAs) verifying identity, purity, and potency. We prioritize brands that carry NSF Certified for Sport, USP Verified, Informed Sport, or Banned Substances Control Group (BSCG) certifications. COAs are available on product pages upon request.

Are products suitable for specific dietary requirements?

Dietary suitability (vegan, gluten-free, kosher, halal, non-GMO, etc.) is indicated on each product page where certified or confirmed. Always read the full ingredient list on the product label, especially if you have allergies or specific dietary restrictions. When in doubt, consult your healthcare provider.

Can I trust the expiry dates on products?

Absolutely. We only stock products with sufficient shelf life remaining for typical use, and we rotate inventory on a first-in, first-out basis. The expiration date printed on every product is the manufacturer's date. We do not list or ship products within 90 days of their expiration.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We accept returns of unopened, unused products in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. To start a return, email hello@w3lln3ss.com with your order number and reason for return. For opened supplement products, returns are not accepted for hygiene and safety reasons unless the product arrived damaged or was incorrectly sent.

How do I initiate a return?

Email hello@w3lln3ss.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return. We'll respond within one business day with a prepaid return shipping label and instructions. Once we receive your return, please allow 5–7 business days for your refund to be processed to the original payment method.

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

We're sorry if that happened. Please email hello@w3lln3ss.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage or the incorrect item, along with your order number. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund — your choice — with no return required in most cases.

How long do refunds take?

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, refunds are processed within 3 business days. From there, your bank typically posts the credit within 5–7 business days depending on your card issuer. You'll receive an email confirmation when your refund has been issued.

Do you offer exchanges?

Yes. If you'd like to exchange a product for a different size or variant, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. Exchanges are processed like a return and a new order — we'll issue store credit for the returned item and you can apply it to your new purchase.

Subscriptions

What is the W3LLN3SS subscription program?

Our subscription program lets you save 15% on products you use regularly by setting them up for automatic delivery on a schedule that works for you — either monthly or quarterly. You'll also receive free standard shipping on every subscription order, regardless of value.

Can I pause or cancel my subscription at any time?

Yes, absolutely — with no fees or penalties. You can pause, change the frequency, swap products, or cancel any active subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Changes made before your next billing date will take effect on that cycle.

What happens if a subscribed product goes out of stock?

If a product in your subscription becomes temporarily unavailable, we'll notify you by email at least 3 days before your scheduled order date. You can choose to wait for restock, substitute with a similar product, or skip that cycle.

When am I billed for subscription orders?

You're billed on the same calendar date each month (or quarter) that you set up the subscription. You'll receive a reminder email 3 days before each charge so you have time to make any changes.

Your Account

Do I need an account to place an order?

No. You can check out as a guest without creating an account. However, creating an account lets you track orders, view order history, manage subscriptions, save addresses, and access faster checkout on future visits.

How do I reset my password?

On the sign-in page, click 'Forgot password?' and enter the email address associated with your account. You'll receive a password reset link within a few minutes. If you don't see it, check your spam folder. The link expires after 1 hour.

How do I update my email address or personal information?

Log into your account and navigate to the Account Settings page to update your name, email address, saved addresses, and communication preferences.

Is my payment information stored securely?

Yes. We use Stripe for all payment processing, which is PCI DSS Level 1 certified. W3LLN3SS never stores your full card details on our servers. Stripe tokenises your payment information, meaning your actual card data never touches our systems.

What is the brand review timeline?

Our initial review takes 2–4 weeks. This includes a documentation review, product sample evaluation, and lab verification. We'll keep you informed at each stage of the process.

Do you accept affiliate or influencer partnerships?
