Accessibility Statement

Our Commitment

W3LLN3SS is committed to ensuring that our website is accessible to all people, including those with disabilities. We believe that wellness should be available to everyone, and that starts with making it possible for everyone to use our platform with ease.

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA as published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with disabilities, including those with visual, auditory, motor, cognitive, and speech impairments.

Measures We Take

To support accessibility, W3LLN3SS takes the following measures:

  • Maintain sufficient colour contrast ratios for all text and interactive elements.
  • Provide meaningful alternative text for all informational images.
  • Ensure all interactive elements are keyboard navigable and have visible focus indicators.
  • Use semantic HTML elements and ARIA attributes where appropriate to support screen readers.
  • Ensure form fields have associated labels and clear error messages.
  • Use responsive design so the Site is usable on a wide range of screen sizes and zoom levels.
  • Avoid content that flashes more than three times per second, which can trigger seizures.
  • Provide text alternatives for time-based media where applicable.
  • Test the Site with assistive technologies during development.

Known Limitations

While we strive for full WCAG 2.1 AA compliance, there are areas of the Site that may not yet fully meet this standard. Known current limitations include:

  • Some third-party embedded content (such as payment widgets from Stripe) may have their own accessibility limitations that are outside our direct control. We work with vendors who prioritise accessibility, and we monitor for improvements.
  • Certain rich media product carousels may have reduced keyboard navigation support on older browsers. We are actively working to address this.
  • Older PDF documents linked from the Site may not be fully accessible. We are reviewing these and converting them to accessible formats on a rolling basis.

We are continuously working to improve the accessibility of our Site and will address known limitations in upcoming releases.
