About the Subscription Program
The W3LLN3SS subscription program lets you set up automatic recurring deliveries of your favourite products at a 15% discount off the standard retail price. Subscriptions also include free standard shipping on every order, regardless of order value.
You can subscribe to any eligible product by selecting the "Subscribe & Save" option on its product page. Most products in our catalogue are available for subscription, with a small number of limited-edition or short-supply items excluded.

Billing Cycle Options
When setting up a subscription, you choose your preferred delivery frequency:
Monthly
Billed and shipped once every 30 days from your subscription start date. Ideal for daily-use supplements and consumables.
Quarterly
Billed and shipped once every 90 days. A good choice for products used less frequently, or when you prefer fewer deliveries.
Your billing date is set on the calendar date you activate your subscription. You can change your delivery frequency at any time from your account dashboard, effective on the next billing cycle.
You will receive an email reminder 3 days before each renewal giving you the opportunity to make changes, swap products, or skip a delivery.
Pausing & Cancellation
You may pause, modify, or cancel any active subscription at any time through your account dashboard — with no fees, no penalties, and no questions asked.
To avoid being charged for an upcoming cycle, any changes must be saved at least 24 hours before your scheduled billing date. Changes saved within 24 hours of billing will take effect on the following cycle.
When you cancel a subscription, no further charges will be made. Your cancellation confirmation will be sent to your account email address. Active subscriptions can be restarted at any time from your account dashboard.
Out-of-Stock & Substitutions
If a subscribed product becomes temporarily unavailable before your next renewal date, we will notify you by email at least 3 days in advance. At that point, you have three options:
- Wait for restock — we'll hold your order and ship as soon as inventory is replenished, at no additional charge.
- Substitute — we'll suggest a comparable product from the same brand or category. You're never obligated to accept a substitution.
- Skip this cycle — your subscription remains active and your next delivery will proceed on its regular schedule.
We will never automatically ship a substitute product without your explicit approval.
Payment Terms
Subscription charges are processed automatically on your billing date using the payment method saved to your account. It is your responsibility to ensure a valid, non-expired payment method is on file.
If a payment fails, we will retry the charge once after 48 hours. If the second attempt fails, your subscription will be paused and you will be notified by email to update your payment details. No order will be shipped until a successful payment is processed.
Subscription prices are locked at the rate in effect at the time of your subscription activation. If we change the price of a subscribed product, we will notify you at least 14 days before the change affects your subscription, giving you the option to cancel without penalty.
Returns & Refunds on Subscription Orders
Subscription orders are subject to the same return and refund policy as standard orders. Unopened products may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Opened supplement products are not eligible for return for hygiene reasons. For full details, please see our Shipping & Returns page.
